Upon graduating with a Marketing and Communications degree from Emerson College (Boston, Massachusetts) in 2011, Elliot Sabag began his career in the Entertainment Industry working with some of Hollywood’s most elite talent at a top three talent agency. In 2015, Elliot joined the Jeff Louks Group with Marcus & Millichap in the Encino office. The Louks Group is consistently one of the top-producing teams in Southern California, having sold over 1,000 properties, totaling nearly $4 Billion in transactional volume. In the nearly ten years since he has been with the company, Elliot has been involved in the sale of approximately 73 apartment buildings totaling in excess $420 million dollars. Elliot considers himself an apartment building specialist as this is his primary focus. He is an expert in properties from the San Fernando Valley to Downtown Los Angeles and the beach cities. Elliot is a Los Angeles native and has a keen understanding of the market across the county. Elliot has found success through a steadfast dedication to his clients and unwavering honesty.
