Chloe is an Investment Associate specializing in multifamily properties with the renowned Jeff Louks Group at Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office. Chloe graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development. She has extensive knowledge about the granular requirements to develop apartment buildings. Her strength in underwriting properties in conjunction with her understanding of human psychology has allowed her to develop strong relationships with her clients. Chloe puts her clients’ needs before her own and holds herself to the highest level of integrity.
Chloe is an active member of the Trojan Real Estate Association. She specializes in North Hollywood, Valley Village, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and Van Nuys. She fluently speaks English, Farsi, and is conversational in Spanish. In her spare time, Chloe enjoys teaching spin classes at USC, horseback riding on the USC Equestrian Team, and singing the national anthem at college sporting events.
